Wooden Frame Door

Each door is 2' 9" feet (0.8m) wide and 6' 3" feet (1.9m) high. It has horizontal wooden 2" x 1" braces and comes complete with T hinges and screws. The main timber used is tannalised 2" x 2" (0.05m x 0.05m).

Wooden Stable Door

Each door is 2' 9" feet (0.8m) wide and 3' 2" feet (0.9m) high with a diagonal 2" x 1" brace. It comes complete with T hinges and screws. Two doors are supplied.

Ridge Wind Bracing

Ridge Wind Bracing is manufactured in galvanised steel tubing to British Standards. The bracing is clamped from the Ridge Tube symmetrically to the end mainframe work. The Ridge Wind Bracing has to be assembled at the time of kit assembly.

Two pairs of Ridge Wind Bracing are supplied as part of the polytunnel kit for the 18 feet width. Four pairs of Ridge Wind Bracing are supplied as part of the polytunnel kit for the 24 feet width polytunnel kit.

The ridge bracing may be added as an optional extra part of the kit for the 12 and 14 feet width polytunnel.

Crop Bar Set

The Crop Bar set is manufactured in galvanised steel to British Standards and is used for hanging baskets, climbing plants, etc. The Crop Bar has to be assembled at the time of kit assembly.

One support brace is installed from the ridge tube vertically with a clip at the centre of the crop bar for smaller widths. Two support braces are installed diagonally and centrally from the choosen main frame hoop to the crop bar for the larger widths.

The crop bar is fixed width ways from one side of the hoop through the support brace(s) to the clip on the other side of the hoop.

Staging Support

The staging is galvanised steel tubing made to British Standards.

The staging is fixed with clips to the chosen adjoining pair of main frame hoops with nuts and bolts. The staging sits on the ground and no ground tubes are needed.

A minimum of four supports are required: two uprights and two horizontals. The supports are installed at the time of kit assembly.
