A base rail set is used if a trench is not being dug. A timber
base rail is installed instead. The ground tubes MUST be concreted
in otherwise the polytunnel is unstable. Count the ground tubes
and add four, as an extra fitting needed for each corner

Base Plate
Base Plates are used when installing a polytunnel kit on a concrete
base rather than soil. A base plate is L shaped and used instead
of each ground tube. A Timber Base rail is required. One base plate
is required for each end of each hoop, fixing to the concrete base
and the timber rail
